Jordan Squance

Jordan joined the Novocastrian team in 2018 as a school-based trainee before progressing through his apprenticeship and completing his electrical trade qualification.

In 2025, he transitioned into the role of Estimating Assistant and Contracts Administration, where he supports project delivery from tender through to completion.

Jordan has strong skills in interpreting electrical drawings and preparing accurate estimates within strict project timeframes. His hands-on trade background gives him practical insight into buildability, costing, and on-site requirements.

He is currently studying Electrical Engineering at University to further develop his technical knowledge and broaden his career pathway within the industry.
